Pine Acres Manor Sales traces its beginnings back to the 1970s, when founder Tom Kapp purchased his first mobile home park in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. What began as a single community quickly became a lifelong passion. With hard work, vision, and the support of his family, Tom spent the next five decades expanding the business throughout central and southern New Jersey, stretching from Jackson to Cape May County.

Through steady growth and a commitment to improving the manufactured housing industry, Tom and his family developed a network of strong, well-maintained communities that provide affordable housing options for people from all walks of life.
